Rebecca Woodvine
U23 Rider
Rebecca specialises in cyclocross and road racing. She is best known for her strong junior and U23 performances in cyclocross, with international appearances and national-level podiums. She has received bursary support from WMCCL to attend a world-class cyclocross training camp in Switzerland and was selected for a number of EvoDevo international racing trips.

- Representing GB in elite UCI Cyclo‑Cross World Cups in Antwerpen and Dublin
- C1 races at Ruddervoorde (32nd), Overijse, Baal, Hulst, Niel (20th) and Lokeren

2024 U23 Cyclocross National Championships: 4th (9th elite)
2024 Superprestige Jaarmarktcross (Neil): 2nd U23 (20th elite)
2023-24 Junior National Trophy Series: 2nd Overall
When she's not riding...

Andrew Naylor
Team Manager
30+ years experience of riding, racing, organising and mechanicing.

Andrew has a wealth of cycling experience, both on- and off-road. He's been Best Young Rider at the Girvan and schoolboy National MTB Champion, but his real love is cyclocross.
After many years racing and organising in the NDCXL, he set up Fossa with his wife, using it as a means to give back to the sport. He and Sarah have both since helped set up EvoDevo, a separate community interest company that aims to develop young cyclocross talent.

Sarah Naylor
Pit Crew
20+ years experience of cycling, racing & pitting.

Sarah rides regularly but is mainly focused on supporting young riders. Having trained as a mental health first aider, she's particularly good at looking out for the psychological welfare of riders.
She works closely with Andrew in the pits, where they've worked at world-class events and for champions including Annie Last, Tom Pidcock and Eva Lechner.

Dave Woodvine

Dave is Rebecca's dad and is always on-hand to support her at races, whether local, national or international.
He rides for Mid-Shropshire Wheelers, the club who helped Becca develop her racing skills in the West Midlands Cyclocross League from the age of 6.
